    PROBLEM

    An state referendum on improvements to Clean Energy policies needed a message and an action plan.

    SOLUTION

    Client was lead through messaging sessions to discover and agree upon top-line and supporting messages which would resonate with voters. Focus groups were conducted to test message effectiveness. An awareness and campaign plan was outlined which incorporated media and press outreach, website and blog content development and maintenance and a multi-part paid advertising series for radio.

    Implementation of the campaign was overseen throughout the duration of the process.

    Identified key influencers were coached on communications protocol, staying on message with media and how to effectively debate.
