The client wanted to announce the results of a new health vaccine but did not have the internal resources to handle a possible deluge of questions from the global press.
The organization’s top executives, researches, communications team and other possible people who might be questioned by the press were trained. Emphasis was first placed on positive messaging. A variety of response techniques were taught. Client was put through a series of drills on how to handle difficult or negative questioning.
